All prices displayed on this website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy
For Event Tickets & Services Refunds: Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees. Once work has commenced, deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be provided once access, download, or delivery has occurred unless required by law.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@virtualbloom.co.za. Cancellation fees may apply where work has already commenced or costs have been incurred.
